This past summer, my brother, a few friends, and myself worked on a fan film called Gotham Crusade. I was rather lucky to be apart of this project and learn a lot.

Harley Quinn: Kelsey Wara

I'd like to clarify my thought process when I was developing Harley's costume. Although her jester outfit is wonderful and vivid, it would have cost a lot and took a long time to make. I suggest you read up on and look at this link: [link]
~Magzdilla makes a wonderful point, her costume doesn't translate into real life very well. She's lost her mind, she's not Dr. Harleen Quinzel anymore, she is someone completely different. Therefore, she probably hasn't showered in a long time, more than likely disconnected herself from her family, and has no need for material items as long as she has the Joker.
To me ~Magzdilla did a bang up job on her costume idea, in which I proudly say I did take inspiration from.
